It took about 15 minutes to get waited on at dealership when I came to pick up vehicle as promised but everything else was great.

The service department employees are Professional, Friendly, and courtious.

It took longer than I was expected but very satisfied.

It was a pleasant experience, but it took a little longer than I expected!

Clean, simple, a little longer time than the book time but the book doesn't account for bay scheduling and tire pressure etc so I get that.

Matthew was great to work with from the beginning in helping to schedule all my service and give me a quote for the number of things I needed done with the truck. The only miss in the notes and handoff was getting the spark plugs changed but we were able to still get that taken care of before taking delivery of the truck.

Quick and friendly service

One of the easiest buying experiences I have had when buying a car. This is the 2nd Corvette I have purchased and both from this same dealer a few years apart. I would definitely recommend everyone to at least give this dealership an opportunity to serve your buying needs.

Too expensive and you always want to push other service on the customer

Great service as always

Tabitha was my service rep and she did a great job communicating with me and taking care of the issue. There was a small glitch when I went to pay and a different service rep handled it and double-charged for the deposit portion of the bill which I had already paid. When I called, Tabitha quickly took care of that and apologized on behalf of the center. Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service experience.

Austin did a great job advising on needed repairs and explaining the Valvoline program. He did a nice job communicating with my warranty company to process my claim for a new transmission. My Tahoe is running like mew again! Thanks!
