Last several appointments I���ve made morning appointments and it takes all day to get work done, even an oil change, but you call in the meantime suggesting additional work. This appointment was for 9:00 and you called after lunch to suggest more service work, but hadn���t completed the alignment which was what the appointment was for, was completed at 4:00. With a recent appointment for my truck you called suggesting more service work, but didn���t complete the state inspection I asked for. I realize you need to drive more revenue, but getting frustrated you can���t get done in a timely manner what I ask for and you are suggesting hundreds of dollars of additional service that would add even additional time. After having my vehicle most of the day for a routine service I���m not interested in adding more time in money for other work. We have been bringing our service work to you for over a decade and this is the first time I have submitted a negative survey.
I brought my car in as an emergency as I was having trouble getting it started and didn't want to put it off in fear of being stranded somewhere. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Service Manager Matt Flowers stepped up to look into it and had it diagnosed by a technician within 48 hours and it was actually fixed on the third day. This is OUTSTANDING customer service and I am grateful. I am a loyal (over 20 years) customer and will continue my relationship with Hendricks Chevrolet.
Communication was average. Sometimes there was a bit of an attitude from representatives. I guess they were busy but I felt treated like an inconvenience. I wouldn���t come if it wasn���t for the warranty.
I didn���t feel like I was at a service department. The waiting room was very comfortable and well equipped with things like a TV, child���s area, as well as a work area. I felt like I was at a cafe instead of a service department. The staff was very friendly. The service rep, Jacob, was extremely pleasant, courteous, and helpful.
Asked for a loaner so I could leave only to find out that means UBER. Waiting room had to many people there, some not wearing mask correctly. Watche at least 3 employees walk by without mask. You have a sign on the door about NO SOLICITING, only to get a text from someone wanting to know if I was interested in looking at a new car. . Will not ever come back,
