Best service call I have had in a long time. I usually wait for my car....Christian was the service person I dealt with and he was great....They were ahead of schedule with time they stated and he took the time to explain why I needed to do an unplanned addition to my service clearly. They did multiple tasks in about an hour and a half. The last time I was there it took 2 Hours to install a new battery and I certainly wrote and complained about that.
I would have liked some communication regarding the issue of getting ahold of the part (I was not aware of the GM strike). When I tried to find out what was going on, it took 3 tries before someone got back to me with information.
I rated my experience 4 stars and would have been 5 if the online scheduler had my appointment as to be seen at the 8:00am time that I had scheduled. I waited for 4 weeks for the time slot and I found out when I got there the truck would not be seen until around lunch. But other than that, I received excellent professional care for my truck and the service advisor met my expectations with following through with what he told me he could do. He offered me a loaner at no charge which instead I just used one of our company's spare trucks.
Great people to work with, honest, professional, and detail oriented in their approach to service of my vehicles. I am kept in the loop throughout the process and my vehicles are ready at the time promised.
