I was thankful that the issue could be fixed just days before Christmas without unnecessary wait time and stress. I was on my way home in two hours thanks to the scheduling success of Trevor Buck and Austin. Thanks so much!
The only reason why I would hesitate to recommend this dealership is because a lot of the employees walking around the showroom and outside were not wearing their masks properly. The bulk of them had their mask under their nose. However, our sales person, Devonte, had his on properly.
I made an appointment for a transmission diagnostic for Tuesday morning at 840. I called at 330 and was told they were still "working " on it. Called back next morning and told the same thing. I finally called back in around 1 and was finally given the "real" story that it hasn't even been looked at!!! Very disappointing
I brought my suburban in for service back in October because of two noises that I was hearing. One noise was what sounded like a exhaust leak, the other was a squeaking in the suspension while going over bumpy terrain. The technicians said that they could not hear the squeaking in the suspension but heard the other noise and said there was a leak in the exhaust manifold and replaced a part. I get the vehicle back and not long after having it back the same noise came back and the squeaking was still there. So I took the vehicle back in December and they were able to hear the squeaking noise in the suspension but not the exhaust leak noise that they supposedly fixed the last time. The squeaking noise in the suspension was the brake lines rubbing on a part of the vehicle. After a week of having the vehicle it was determined that the noise which sounded like an exhaust leak was normal and there was nothing that could be done. I get the car back last week and the squeaking noise while going over bumpy terrain is still there along with another noise on the front right suspension while making turns. The exhaust leak noise is still present and makes this noise at all kinds of speeds. Austin was very helpful in trying to get someone to hear the noises, getting me a loaner vehicle and bringing my vehicle back to me. At this point I am super frustrated. How can you hear something the first time and not hear it a second time? How can you not hear something the first time but then hear it the second time? Nothing about these noises have changed from the first appointment to the second. They are loud and clear. I want my vehicle fixed and expect a big dealership such as yourself to be able to do that. Im not sure if you need to find new technicians or not but my vehicle is making the exact same noise that they claim they supposedly fixed. I was warned not to do business with Hendrick and boy should I have listened. I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere to have them look at it and see if they are able to service my vehicle properly.
