Confirmed Service Customer
With my experience with the service department. Their was a lot of service techs walking around and it took at least 2 hours for a oil change. I wasn't the only getting impatient customer. That's way too long to sit and wait

I am currently driving the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from Hendrick. I have always gotten a great deal. The other reason I keep returning is their service department. They always do a great job, return the car when promised and have helped me out of a couple tough spots. I live an hour away but will always drive that distance for the quality I receive at Hendricks!

A week delay in getting an appointment. Other than that, it was a great experience. They lent me a new Colorado while my truck was being repaired. Kerry Ann was beyond great in handling my situation.

I was a little disappointed this trip. I'm not even sure the proper work was performed. I received no paper work which I normally get, I asked how many more oil changes were left on my program and I was told that they were busy. I was not offered a truck wash which I normally get. I buy a new truck every two years because I drive 30 to 40 thousand mile a year. Service is very important to me.

I had to bring my car in for a minor repair that required that I drop my car off. I was not able to get a loaner car, but my advisor Austin took care of me by providing me with complimentary Lyft transportation to my destination. They also provided transportation back to the service department the next day to pick up my Trax. Austin was kind and professional.

I came in without an appointment and Tabitha was amazing at accommodating me - she was able to squeeze me in and I was in and out within an hour. I didn't realize how busy it would be and am so grateful!

14 days for a tire and rim. Poor communication by service advisor and lack of concern. The tire and wheel warranty did not cover the complete repair. It was not until the service manager got involved the my repair got correct plan of repair.
