My vehicle was in the service department for 3 weeks and during that time there was little or no communication with me regarding the progress of the repair. I called the service writer at least 4 time a week during each of the 3 weeks and went into the dealership once. I also attempted to call the Service Manger and after 45 minutes of being told they were looking for him was connected to someone I can only describe as a secretary who took down my information and said I would be contacted.
